On 19 September 2026, the Global Infraestate Conclave 2026 will take place at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This important international event will focus on the future of real estate, infrastructure and urban development.
I will travel from Thailand to attend the event together with three distinguished professionals from the international real estate sector:
- Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of FIABCI-Thai Chapter, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and the Thai Appraisal Foundation;
- Clayton Wade, Managing Director of Premier Homes Real Estate Co. Ltd., FIABCI Board Member, writer, teacher and public speaker;
- Larinthorn Swasdikulavath (Nicky), Managing Director of Asset X Property Co. Ltd. and Board Member of TRESP-ERA-Thailand.
I will complete the delegation travelling from Thailand in my capacity as President of FIABCI-Thai Phuket and AIA Head of International Department & Representative in Thailand.
Our participation represents an important opportunity to strengthen connections between Thailand, Bangladesh and other international markets by sharing professional experience, expertise and perspectives on the future of real estate.

A Real Estate Bridge Between Thailand and Bangladesh

The visit will also allow us to develop professional relationships, meet local and international operators and explore potential collaborations in real estate development, investment, advisory services and new technologies applied to the property sector.
